Jane has worked in a variety of management and directorate roles within Human Resource Management for over 30 years and joined ECP in 2016 within the Corporate Team.

Jane is passionate about ensuring HR services are transparent and accessible for both the Employer and Employee.

Jane is a HR specialist providing bespoke HR services to Corporate clients.  At ECP Jane’s aim is to support companies by taking away all those time-consuming, mundane but necessary, tasks of HR management.

Kirsten is a specialist in a variety of areas within corporate planning, such as auto-enrolment, payroll, group protection and specialist corporate pension schemes.

Kirsten has a passion for learning and she has completed various exams over the last seven years, including a diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and a certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice. She now has plans to reach chartered status. Kirsten says her personal aim is to: ‘Provide transparent and easy-to-understand financial advice to anybody that needs it, no matter their budget. I appreciate and understand that some aspects of corporate advice can be confusing, so I am more than happy to talk through any areas of concern in as much detail as required.

Amanda has worked with our sister company Independent Financial Solutions for over 16 years, developing and managing their personal mortgage department and now incorporating the commercial borrowing facility we offer at ECP.

Amanda is fully CeMap qualified, has invaluable knowledge and experience and has built solid relationships with both high street and specialist lenders which means she is best placed to offer a tailored approach to your requirements leaving you to successfully continue to run and build your business.

Jo is a qualified and highly experienced HR generalist who spent 19 years working within the work-based-learning industry in a range of roles, from head of department, to regional manager and latterly as a Director of quality and compliance.

Jo is passionate about development and has a flair for performance management, investigation and analysis. Jo has had experience in all aspects of HR, including TUPE, redundancy, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance issues and KPI’s, as well as being prominent in the development of our cloud-based HRMate Portal aimed at SME’s.

Jon is a new member of the ECP team. He has a background in insurance and local government and is a graduate of the University of Portsmouth.

Most recently he has been working as a report writer in financial services before training as a will writer and helping to set up Harbourside Legal, where he is looking forward to helping clients with their wills and powers of attorney.

Sian has worked with Independent Financial Solutions, our sister company, since 2012.

Here she provided support to the Client Services Team and worked her way up to Senior Administrator, where she dealt extensively with clients and external providers.

She enjoys customer contact and is delighted to have been part of the team responsible for setting up Harbourside Legal.

Emma joined the Emsworth Corporate Planning team four years ago, having commenced in our personal business team.

Emma provides full administrative support for our corporate department working alongside the advisers to care for our client’s needs in auto enrolment, group protection and payroll. Emma is often the first port of call for day to day needs. She has recently completed her BIAB Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Business Administration (QCF).
